A fantastic opportunity for a Document Controller to join a high-profile construction contractor working at Hinkley Point C in Somerset.  Our client requires a Document Controller that has previously worked within the Construction/Civil Engineering industry.  This role will be based on-site at Hinkley and will require the successful candidate to go through a security vetting procedure.
 
As Document Controller you will:
  • Register, dispatch, file and archive formal documents on to our clients system (Asite)
  • Compile and index Life-time Quality Records (LTQR’s)
  • Provide progress reports as required
  • Quality check documentation for compliance ie. format, signatures, completion.
 
Our client requires a Document Controller with:
  • Experience of working in a similar position for a construction/civils contractor
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Asite and Field View
  • Good knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
 
Salary/Benefits:
  • Up to £40,000 per annum
  • Holiday entitlement, pension etc.
